Creating the sourdough culture, how to keep it alive, preparing the first dough for Sunday morning baking.

At Manufactura de Brânză: cheese making from raw milk, preparing yogurt and ricotta from the remaining whey. The complete process, from milk to mold.

When weather permits, we organize a tractor and trailer ride to the pastures around the village — an authentic Transylvanian rural landscape experience.
